1. Avatar Secret Garden, Penang


Avatar secret garden is a new attraction in Penang inspired by the Avatar movie which shows the beauty of dazzling colours in the forest. This place is located at Tanjung Tokong and comes alive at night since the attraction is the colourful lamp on the tree. This place must be in your list if you ever visit Penang and on top of that, the admission is free.

2. China Town, Terengganu


Kampung Cina aka China Town in Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia is called Teng Lang Po or KT’s Chinatown by local people. The town is small but charming with colourful shophouses along both sides of the road that carries traditional flavour. If you are visiting Terengganu, don’t miss out with this colourful place where you can have your most colourful picture of the year.



3. Colmar Village, Pahang


Colmar Village is located at Bukit Tinggi in Bentong Pahang, Malaysia. It is about 48km from Kuala Lumpur. You will be able to enter three main attractions once you pay the entrance fee which are the Rabbit Farm, Japanese Village and Colmar Tropical. In Colmar Village, you will enjoy the view of colourful buildings. Besides, Berjaya Group provides daily shuttle from Berjaya Time Square to Colmar Tropical for those who are not willing to drive for a long way.



4. First World Hotel Genting, Pahang


First World Hotel is located in Genting Highlands, Pahang, Malaysia. The hotel can be easily recognised as it is the most colourful building on the mountain. Holding the record as the world’s largest hotel since August 2015, First World Hotel houses over 7000+ rooms to serve guests from all over the world.



5. i-City, Shah Alam


i-City is located at Section 7, Shah Alam, Selangor. Add this into another colour place to visit in your bucket list but remember to visit only during night time or after the sun sets. Other than enjoying the pleasant colourful view of the lamp, you can visit other attractions such as the Snowalk, Fun World, Red Carpet, House of Horror etc



6. Legoland, Johor


Legoland is the place when you can enjoy many activities with your family or friends. There are only a few of this LEGO inspired land in the world and in Malaysia, there is only one which is in Johor. Other than being in the colourful bricked land, you can also have fun in the theme park and water park



7. Ling Sen Tong


Ling Sen Tong is a beautiful temple located at the foot of a limestone hill in Ipoh, Perak. It is also located next to Nam Thean Tong and Sam Poh Tong. This temple is famous for its garden as it is decorated with colourful statues of characters from Chinese mythology such as the Monkey King from the classic tale Journey To The West.



8. Little India, Kuala Lumpur


Bricksfield is now known as the Little India in Kuala Lumpur where you will find various shops selling traditional Indian goods and local delicacies. If you ever visit this place, other than enjoying the view, you should try the famous banana leaf rice.



9. Sri Maha Marriamman Temple, Kuala Lumpur


As Hindus takes up over 6.3% of the population in Malaysia, this is the oldest Hindu temple catered to them in Kuala Lumpur. This beautiful temple is not just a typical place of worship as it is friendly and welcoming to traveller photographers. Besides, you may visit other nearby attractions such as the Central Market, Merdeka Square and so on.



10. Pasar Siti Khadijah, Kelantan


Pasar Siti Khadijah is located in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The operation hour of this market is from 7am until 6pm. It is divided into several level in one building. The ground floor, second and third floor are selling different types of product such as dry food or cloths. The wall of the internal building is painted with colourful paints and you can enjoy this view from the inside of the building regardless of any level you are in.



11. River Side, Melaka


You can enjoy the photographic view of Melaka River Side by taking a river cruise or by strolling along the sidewalk. One special trait of visiting the river side is even if you want to visit at night, the river cruise is still operating and you are able to witness the colourful lamp from Kampung Morten.
