Kordi Homestay

KORDI Homestay is a high rise condominiun unit located at Taman Melati, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. The unit is fully furnished. The location is  easily accessible either by train (150m from LRT Taman Melati Station) or roads (MRR2, Jalan Genting Kelang, Jalan Gombak). Very near to UTAR and UIA.  It has a complete condominium facilities - 24-hour security, swimming pool, gym, garden with jogging track, sauna, etc). M3 Mall shopping center is located on the ground floors of the building where you can find the supermarket The STORE, fast food restaurants, Mr DIY, Nagoya Textiles, and many more. Masjid and surau (musolla) are walking distance to the property. In fact Surau Nurul Muttaqin is located next to the mall on the way to LRT station.

Rates:

RM 230 per night (maximum 5 guests)

RM 100 security deposit is required upon check-in. Refundable upon check-out.

RM 10  for additional guest (in case of more than 5 guests). 

Notes:

1. Guests details to be submitted in advance for security purposes.

2. Loss of access card will be charged at RM 50.

3. The following Condominium house rules are applicable to all guests. Kindly read and understand fully.

Peraturan Rumah / House Rules

1. Tiada kerosakan bangunan dan kehilangan barang, selain dari kegunaan biasa.

No damage occurs to the apartment or contents, beyond normal wear and tear; No contents are lost;

2. Daftar masuk bermula jam 2 petang. Daftar keluar ialah 10 pagi. Perubahan waktu mesti dipersetujui lebih awal. Deposit sekuriti tunai mesti dibayar semasa daftar masuk. Deposit ini akan dipulangkan semasa daftar keluar.

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is from 12am, unless otherwise agreed. Cash deposit must be paid upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out.

3. Dilarang merokok.

Smoking is not permitted.

4. Dilarang membawa haiwan peliharaan.

Pets are not permitted.

5. Sila jaga kebersihan apartment.

The apartment must be kept clean and tidy.

6. Keselamatan diri dan keselamatan barangan peribadi adalah tanggongjawab penyewa.

Security of personal belongings, health and safety remains the guests' responsibility.

7. Dilarang membawa keluar barangan apa pun dari apartment ini kecuali sampah. Peralatan dapur mesti dijaga dengan baik, dibasuh dan disusun ditempatnya selepas diguna. Demi menghormati budaya tempatan, di larang memasak dan memakan daging babi dan minum minuman beralkohol di dalam apartment ini. 

Please do not remove anything from apartment other than garbages. Any utensils or kitchen equipments to be handle with care, washed and put in place after use. Due to cultural sensitivity, no pork and alcoholic beverages to be consumed in this apartment.

8. Tutup suis lampu dan penghawa dingin selepas diguna.

Turn off lights and air conditioners when you are not using them.

5. Dilarang memakai kasut selepas melewati pintu masuk utama.

No shoes beyond main door.

6. Sampah mestilah dibuang di tempat membuang sampah di belakang lobi lif setiap tingkat 

Rubbish is to be disposed into rubbish chamber behind lift lobby.

7. Denda RM50 akan dikenakan (ditolak dari deposit) untuk kehilangan kad akses.

RM50 penalty fee will be imposed for lost of access card. (deducted from deposit)

8. Dilarang melakukan aktiviti dadah dan aktiviti haram yang lain.

No drugs or illegal activities allowed.

9. Rumah mesti dikunci sepanjang masa dan kunci mesti dipulangkan semasa daftar keluar.

House must be locked at all time and all keys
must be returned upon check-out.

10. Parking percuma untuk sebuah kereta diberi percuma.

Free parking for one car is provided.
