Budget room was an okay size for 2 people if you do not have luggage, we had 40L backpacks and barely had any room. Kitchen area was decent, no cutlery though (have to ask reception for plastic spoon), staff are very accommodating and friendly. Shared bathrooms didn’t seem to be cleaned at all over the 4 nights we stayed (showers had dirt on the walls on the first and fourth night).
We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and had an amazing experience. We received complimentary welcome drinks every day, and the swimming pool with its great view and jacuzzi was a real highlight. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. For the price we paid, it was definitely worth it — we couldn’t have asked for more!
One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in Malaysia! The vibes are very similar to Bali, with a beautiful outdoor garden and a lovely swimming pool. The location is excellent, close to many attractions in KL, and the rates are very affordable compared to similar hotels in the city. What stood out the most was the staff and management’s attentive and welcoming attitude. Truly worth the price — highly recommended!
