8) Indoor Carpark available at a free rate (Until Further

9) If you need cleaning service please contact us in advance
and the charges will be at RM60 (include changing of bedsheet set)

10) For check out, kindly notify us ONE DAY EARLIER your
leaving time and our colleague staff will come to collect key.

11) RM1000 refundable cash deposit required upon check-in for
monthly stay (30 nights and above)
