My stay at My Hotel was great. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious for the price, which was a pleasant surprise. They provide essential amenities like a hairdryer, towels, and bottled drinking water. Just a heads-up, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is a major plus—it's very near Nu Sentral, making it easy to get around. There are also plenty of delicious Indian restaurants in the area. One thing to note is that it can get a bit noisy, so if you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend requesting a room on a higher floor. Overall, a good value for the price.
Centrally Located Best in Class, Stones Throw away from Metro ,Major Indian Restaurants & Shopping District. Walkable Distance From Little India, & KL Sentral Bus Terminus which has Buses All over Malaysia & to Singapore. Tamil speaking Staff an added advantage.
I stayed at My Hotel @ KL SENTRAL for a business trip, and I couldn't have been more pleased. The hotel had a modern, sleek design, and my room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff truly made a difference everyone was friendly and accommodating. At check-in, All the staff was professional and gave me a great rundown of the local area. Housekeeping kept my room spotless, and I felt genuinely taken care of. The highlight was when they surprised me with a complimentary breakfast as a thank you for being a loyal guest. I will definitely return the next time I’m in town and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The best hotel in town . First . The hotel manager Mr SIVA.. he is an amazing and very nice , friendly person . Second, the hotel staff , Mr MURUGA, Mr PUREN , Mr ARVIN, Are very decent and respectful, and are very helpful. Third , the housekeepers are so polite and cleaning very good. Last. The hotel rooms are very clean . Everything you need is in the room . You can make coffee . And there is fridge as well . Air conditioner. I love it. Very comfortable bed . Overall good. The room was very small as compared to nearby rooms. Because that room was at the corner. Otherwise it was nice. Good room service. The housekeeping staff clean the room and change linen daily. And clean the room as well. Good customer service by the staff at the reception even at check in and check out. The hotel location is good for sight seeing .
