The customer service was okay..since the room is still new, I have no complaints on the cleanliness but the room is a bit dusty because of the location by the roadside...there is no floor mat only bath towels provided...the price after service tax roughly RM53 which is reasonable...for food it's a bit difficult to find halal food nearby...you have to walk some distance at the village grocer across the road. there is no dedicated parking lots but you can park behind and at the side of the shop lots nearby .it's free
Cheap price, clean bathroom, friendly customer service. The air-conditioning is cold and they have water heater in the bathroom too. Cheap price you got a clean room, and that is all I need 👍🏻
Okay.. this hotel is clean. Good hospitality. The staffs all friendly and full of hearts treats you with smiles. I love this hotel and i check in here regularly if am in kl. Recommended!
