The place here is very accommodating. Very superb hospitality from the staff named sharifa and the reception as well. The room is very clean and tidy and great ambiance

Overall, im satisfied, hence the 5 star. Parking was provided on the property. Its gated so I feel secure park here. Check in was quick and easy, need to pay deposit RM 100 cash. I stayed in the ground floor room. Very clean. Sejadah is provided for muslim guest. Room is spacious enough to perform prayer. Water heater / Hot shower available. Desk and chair is provided to sot and do some work or for make up. Kettle and tea/coffee sachets provided. Ironing table is upstairs. Coway provided near reception. They also sell some things like maggi and toiletries at the reception. I recommend this place and will come again next time Im in Penang.
Had a very good sleep last night. The location is about 10 mins from airport. Everythinf is comfortable including the interior vibe.
Clean and comfortable,near the airport and easy access... Easy to go anywhere in Penang island..
