I take this opportunity to give thanks to one of your male staff.While waiting for my friend to come down,I broke down and cry at the lobby, your male Staff came to me and asked me if I am ok and offer me if I need help.I didn't managed to see what is his name but he is wearing white and blue uniform. I was so touched but I really didn't know who he is but please maybe just thanks him when you all do staff briefing. Please relay my appreciation to him and The Management is so lucky to hire him

Good location with varienty of restaurants surrounding. Room is spacious.

This happened at the entrance of Hotel Sixty3, right across from the Sabah Tourism Board. A young dad was sitting with his 2-3-year-old child, begging. Suddenly, a woman wearing an ABX Express uniform walked by, then turned back and loudly asked the young dad, "The child's mother, is she dead?" The young dad nodded and looked at the woman, saying, "Yes." Without another word, the woman gave the man ten ringgit and left. Subsequently, some Chinese tourists and hotel guests passed by, but none of them gave any money to the young dad. If it were you, would you give money?

The 63 hotel is our best choice. The clerks in 63 hotel take care of whole tourists and arrange the comfortable services with them. Besides, 63 hotel location is near Harbor, department store, and the night food market every Friday and Saturday.

I booked the hotel in very last minute and fortunately there is still available for me, the front office lady is friendly and smart, understand what I want when I step into the counter. We have a great moment to stay in Hotel 56. I would consider this hotel is a boutique hotel, very suitable for businessman and family. I was surprised the hotel is big enough and well upkeep, although the hotel doesn’t have restaurant, but it has many restaurants along the street till late night, no worry to feed our stomach, walking distance to Sunday market, Suria Mall and 7Eleven. The only challenge is to find parking, but do try the luck at the back street of the building, and there is an access from the lobby when you go out (while they are not allowed you enter from the back). If I have a chance, I will choose to stay in this hotel again.
