We are a brand new 122 rooms boutique hotel located
inside the preferred large size shopping mall of Kota Kinabalu – Suria Sabah
Shopping Mall. Our lobby is on the 7th Floor accessible by car
through the mall’s carpark, and 8 elevators. Two elevators next to McDonald (at
Ground Floor) are connected to our lobby entrance.
Right in the middle of downtown, we are 5 minutes
from two international banks and the popular Gaya Street Sunday Market selling
wide diversity of local foods and handicrafts, potted plants and flowers,
fashion and many more other interesting items. To a difference direction, we
are 5 minutes’ walk from Jesselton Point Jetty with access to the “must
go” Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park consisting of beautiful pristine
islands
(Pulau Gaya, Pulau Sapi, Pulau Manukan, Pulau Mamutik and Pulau Sulug) ideal
for picnic, water sports, diving and snorkeling.

I was visiting KK for 4 days for a school reunion and my local friends recommended this hotel for its location, convenience and affordability. I had a clean and comfortable room with high ceilings, WiFi , bottled water etc and an awesome view of the sea. It’s above the Suria Mall so one doesn’t have to worry about restaurants and shopping etc. Grab pick-ups and drop offs are easy and one can walk into old downtown KK. I would stay here again the next time I am in town. 👍👍👍👍
I stayed at the family rooms (4 person per room) and also the 2-person rooms. Both rooms were excellent. Everything was clean and the room was nicely designed. You can control the lights from the bedside and there were power outlets there too. Bed and pillows were soft and comfy. The toilets were big and water pressure was strong. Breakfast was average. They provided the usual fare of nasi lemak, eggs, and sausages. There were also fruits and breads. The lobby is on the 7th floor - the main door is accesible from the carpark and nearby lifts which connects to the mall. The breakfast area is at a separate area - you have to walk through the carpark to get there. The only low point for this hotel is that the lobby and breakfast area is very plain looking - it looks like a 3-star hotel. But once you get to the rooms, that all changes. Parking is free for guests, just validate your credit card that you use to enter the parking at the lobby and use the same credit card to tap out. Highly recommended!
Attached directly to Suria Sabah and other tourist attractions makes it super convenient for tourists. The room was also super clean, and amenities are sufficient. There's a Smart TV in a room which we connected to our own Netflix. Breakfast was so-so. My only complain was the that temperature of the shower is really hard to control, but the water pressure was great. All-in-all, I had a pleasant stay!
It’s not just a hotel room but there’s also venue here that can hold an any event. Course for studying, dinner and weddings. Just letting you know 😛
2 Star hotel but it clean n neat, safe! Like a 4 star ⭐. No need to worry just come n stay. Below is big shopping mall.
