We are a brand new 122 rooms boutique hotel located
inside the preferred large size shopping mall of Kota Kinabalu – Suria Sabah
Shopping Mall. Our lobby is on the 7th Floor accessible by car
through the mall’s carpark, and 8 elevators. Two elevators next to McDonald (at
Ground Floor) are connected to our lobby entrance.
Right in the middle of downtown, we are 5 minutes
from two international banks and the popular Gaya Street Sunday Market selling
wide diversity of local foods and handicrafts, potted plants and flowers,
fashion and many more other interesting items. To a difference direction, we
are 5 minutes’ walk from Jesselton Point Jetty with access to the “must
go” Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park consisting of beautiful pristine
islands
(Pulau Gaya, Pulau Sapi, Pulau Manukan, Pulau Mamutik and Pulau Sulug) ideal
for picnic, water sports, diving and snorkeling.

Stay here many times this last 2 years. Very convenient place for pensioner couple like us. Free covered car parks are right in front of the reception and best of all there many. Shopping mall is just a ride down the floors through the lift. In and out of the complex are also easy eventhough it is in the center CBD. Hotel staff are helpful and welcoming. Definitely will stay here again on our next visit especially if we manage to get the premier room!
A basic yet complete hotel room with all ammenities and very clean as well. Located in a shopping mall, so everything is easily within reach.
Very strategic hotel, around 400m to the Jeselton Point, 800m to the Pasar Filipina. The added point is this hotel in located in a mall. We stayed in Executive Family room where there were also served complementary drinks and fruits in the minibar. I will definitely stay again in the future.
Good hotel inside the mall, very convenient. The sea view was great as well. Breakfast that was provided had a limited selection but was still delicious.
I was visiting KK for 4 days for a school reunion and my local friends recommended this hotel for its location, convenience and affordability. I had a clean and comfortable room with high ceilings, WiFi , bottled water etc and an awesome view of the sea. It’s above the Suria Mall so one doesn’t have to worry about restaurants and shopping etc. Grab pick-ups and drop offs are easy and one can walk into old downtown KK. I would stay here again the next time I am in town. 👍👍👍👍
