Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang

I had a wonderful 7-day stay at Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, ensuring everything was neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and relaxing. What impressed me most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were always helpful, polite, and ready to assist whenever needed. Their excellent customer service truly made my stay more enjoyable. Overall, it offers great value for money, especially considering the prime location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent stay, great value and strategic location! I had a very pleasant stay at Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang. The counter staff and manager were incredibly nice and polite during the check-in process (starts at 3 PM). Room & Service: The room was comfortable with strong air conditioning, ensuring a good night's sleep. Housekeeping comes daily to clean and refill water, tea, and coffee. There is a convenient "Do Not Disturb" button near the door if you don't need service yet. • Safety Tip: The room includes a safe locker. You just enter a 4-digit PIN and press # to lock/save. I actually had an issue where mine got stuck, but after calling the front desk, a serviceman arrived within minutes to fix it. Very quick response! • Noise: If you open the windows, you can hear traffic noise, but I stayed on Level 9 and it was quiet enough to sleep well when the windows were closed. Location & Price: I booked via Agoda for around RM 110+ per night, which was a great deal. The location is excellent—you can walk to Berjaya Times Square by crossing the bridge at the Monorail station (use the lower path to cross, the upper path is for the train). It is also near KLCC, the Aquarium, and about 15 minutes from many embassies. Note for Tourists: Be aware there is a standard Tourist Tax of RM 10 per night. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting KL!

Had a good 3 night stay here. Location was strategic in front of the new mitsuu outlet park, berjaya times square, 500m away from alor street, and pavilion. Room was clean and smell good, the corridor a bit smelly but okay. Room was spacey, amenities complete, everytime we leave the room it will get cleaned. There was a dispenser at level 1 to refill your water before going out. View from room was iconic. I love my stay. Would definitely come back. Thank you.

Great budget stay! Traveled from India and loved the daily breakfast variety, helpful staff, and smooth itinerary support. Metro Hotel offers excellent value and warm service—highly recommended!.best location as well to travel around Malaysia .

We stayed there for 4 days and got nothing to complain. People were friendly and helpful. Food and beverage were tasty. Well worth the money spent. The best thing about this hotel is where this hotel is located. It's easy to get a bus, get a taxi, get in to the monorail when it comes to transport. This is also located right in front of Berjaya Time Square which is an excellent place to go for shopping.
