Good hotel staff, great location, just next to Berjaya Times Square, decent breakfast spread. Monorail station is almost adjacent. Lot of Indian food options. The day we checked in they were overbooked so we could not get an early check-in. But the front desk helped us in storing our luggage near the reception. Special mention for Mr. Sam the ever enthusiastic guy to guide you around the town and also Ms. Suganthi, the lady in front-desk for her ever helpful attitude. Minor issue was, we had booked for 1 child also and accordingly made payment but the back-office is not in sync with the hotel management, so we had to sort it out on the first day.
I recently stayed at Metro Hotel with my family, and it was an amazing experience. The rooms were neat and perfect, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The air conditioning worked efficiently, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. The bathrooms were well-maintained. The hotel's attention to detail and cleanliness truly impressed us. It was a great stay, and I would highly recommend Metro Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
Perfect hotel on a budget if you wish to stay close to the food street of Bukit Bintang. Located 150m away from the main street, thus very quiet and comfortable compared to the hotels on the main street which had loud music & cars till 10 pm. Rooms were large, clean washroom and easy check-in process. Highly recommended for Solo travellers.
Our 5 day stay at the hotel was very good and comfortable. All the staffs were very good and helpful and the morning buffet breakfast was also tasty with lot of options.
The location is perfect, right opposite the Times Square mall, walkable from Bukit Bintang, and plenty of 7-eleven around for daily needs. The room rates are quite cheap and service is good. Didn't take the buffet so unsure of that part. Pro-tip for folks who want to buy trolleys and luggage at a cheap rate, visit the upper floors of Times Square mall. It is much cheaper than the ones at Chinatown.
