Sugeh Hill Resort

Had a wonderfull stay in sugeh hill resort. The landscape is clean and neat. Customer service very good. Room is average but it is still acceptable for me for 1 night stay. Recommended for family stay and gathering. Definitely will come here again.

it was a nice stay in a very private and secluded compound! far from the main entry of Janda Baik, but that was the nice part. no noise, just quiet and serenity - something much needed after long busy week in the city. definitely will visit again, and try out the more decent rooms!

We’ve been coming to Sugeh Hill Eco Resort since 2022, and it has become our favorite place to stay whenever we return to Malaysia for vacation. We truly love the resort’s relaxing atmosphere and the variety of fun activities available, my children especially enjoy the karaoke, flying fox, archery, and swimming. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, which was perfect for our family getaway. The only downside we noticed is that the sliding door couldn’t be locked securely, so we hope this can be improved for better safety and comfort. Overall, it’s a wonderful resort for families who love nature, fun, and relaxation, we’ll definitely keep coming back!

Love everything about Sureh Resort, strategic location, peaceful and serene environment, lots of small huts where the elders can easily drop by if they are tired of walking around the resort. They also have a mini zoo and public swimming pool for all visitors. Their varied chalets are also amazing, love the traditional structure of the houses.

Room: For me, the price was reasonable and the facilities in the house I booked were all satisfactory. I don’t have much to comment on, as everything was generally fine. The cleanliness was acceptable considering the location in the jungle. The overall atmosphere gave a nice village-house feeling, which I really appreciated. Location: The parking area is quite spacious, although it doesn’t have a roof. Still, parking is free and conveniently close to the house I booked, as well as to the river. The environment is amazing and very relaxing. I didn’t mind the restaurant situation since we could cook and have a barbecue as we liked. There are also several cafe and restaurants nearby if you prefer to eat out, especially since the resort restaurant isn’t always open. Overall, I would say the location and surroundings are excellent. Service: Personally, my mother wasn’t too happy with the service. I think the staff should be a bit more attentive to people’s feelings not that they were rude, but I noticed some lack of awareness in their body language and the way they responded to questions. It would be great if they could improve in this area, especially when dealing with older guests who may be more sensitive. I sincerely hope this can be improved in future Overall: I had a wonderful stay there and truly enjoyed every moment. I really loved the peaceful environment and the natural surroundings. With a few improvements in the future, I believe this resort has great potential. I also appreciate that they offered a small gift a scarf, I believe as a token for reviews, but I chose not to accept it since I wanted to share my honest feedback without expecting anything in return.
