Second time coming here..Had a great 5 days straight camping experience at redcamp..short distance drive from kl to spend new year countdown in a quiet, calm and peaceful environment.. i got no intention to make comparison but here is unlike other campsites, redcamp surrounded by greens, cool breeze, most important thing is, the serenity, which is for sure most of the outdoor lovers/campers looking for, all i could hear was the sound of critters and the forest, during a quiet night, i could even hear the sounds of waterfall from distance, no sound pollution. Facilities suitable for families with toddlers or senior citizens, which is convenient and clean, charging stations, dishwashing place at the shelter.. bring extra extension plug recommended incase lots of campers charging phones.. quite firm soil to hold iron pegs/nail to fasten my tent and fly sheet.. surprisingly there's plenty of things to play too (board games, table games, toys, swings for children) waterfall nearby, short walking distance, fresh, clean forest and river, it's like untouched by civilization.. some nights if the skies were clear i can stargaze all night since there's no lights pollution in this area, if it's raining or cloudy, there'll be fog and mist, felt like not in Malaysia 😂.. also bring insect repellent too..
Great campsite, very relaxing and comes with a spectacular waterfalls which is around 10 minutes walk from the campsite. The waterfalls isnt that deep which is great for shallow swimmers. Can be enjoyed by the young and old campers. The owner is very helpful and was ready to help us at all times.
We had a great time at Campred! The place was clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The host was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well-prepared, and it made our camping experience really enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend Campred for anyone looking for a nice getaway with friends or family!
Lovely campsite, with very clean facilities. There is hot shower too. We appreciated that in the night as it turned chilly. Charging points, and chilled bottled drinks available for purchase. The waterfall, about 10 minutes walk away, is amazing! There are other hiking trails which we didn't have time to try. Credit must be given to the care giver too for maintaining the place. We were looking for a place in nature to rest for the night. Thankful to Patrick for accommodating us last minute notice!
Amazing campsite experience at CampRed! The place is very clean and well-maintained. The toilets are spotless and even have water heaters — a big plus for camping comfort! Patrick, the camp owner, is super friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location is beautiful, and there’s a lovely waterfall nearby that’s perfect for a short hike or just relaxing by the water. We had such a great time here and will definitely visit again! Highly recommend CampRed to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-kept camping spot.
