We booked a 2 week stay and everything went well. the place is exactly as advertised. Hussein and Karim are always ready to help and contactable at all times. Karim cooks very well and accepted our suggestions to change the menus as we were already missing Portuguese food. Hussein schedules all boats for surfing and diving. the bikini beach is always empty and has chairs available. If I return to the Maldives, I will definitely stay in Thais hôtel.
Stop looking for other hotels and book here! If you’re in Himmafushi, this is the place to be. This charming little hotel offers clean, spacious rooms and is run by Hussain, a fantastic local with amazing connections. He can arrange everything from transportation to the island, surf trips, restaurant recommendations, and other activities like scuba diving. Karim, who helps at the guest house, is a wonderful person and an incredible cook, preparing delicious meals every day. We couldn’t recommend this place more. We are so happy to have crossed paths with these amazing souls.
Very nice little hotel in himmafushi...clean and confortable! Hussain is a great person and the best surf photographer on the island :)
Welcoming and responsive owner who took great care of five friends on a five day surf trip. Clean rooms, good WiFi, good AC, coffee, water and plenty of hang out space for us and our boards. Hussain is knowledgeable about local surf breaks and enjoys taking photos of surfers on and around his home island.
Great affordable place to stay. Super clean, comfortable and staff is 10/10. Thanks so much for having us.
