Manager seating on receiption is made delay to check in room. Miserable. Not giving attention towards guest. however food quality is good. Service is nice.
I recently stayed at Coconut Tree Hulhuvilla Beach for two nights and had an incredible experience. The location is perfect—right by the beach with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. A special shout-out to Habeeb! Bangladeshi He is an exceptional staff member who provided top-tier service. He was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the overall vibe was very welcoming. Highly recommend!
The staff were extremely polite and always ready to help. I must especially mention Shimul, who is a genuinely good person and very friendly. He made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable by always being supportive and welcoming. The hotel is located very close to the beach, which makes it a perfect spot to enjoy the natural beauty. Overall, for anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and warm hospitality, this hotel is the perfect choice. I will definitely come back again.
This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel staff and facilities are very good, I highly recommend it. This is a good hotel for a vacation.
I highly recommend this place. Location is very good. Very near to beach, market and lots of restaurants. The room and washroom was clean. The staff was very helpful starting from the checkin to checkout. Special thanks to Prashant who made our stay extremely comfortable. Only thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator.
