Highly recommend coming to Veyvah both for surfing and for exploring the beautiful island with very welcoming locals and a charming culture. Nadeem is a great host who was very attentive to our every need. His staff, both at the guest house and the captains to go surfing or fishing, were all awesome. Overall, awesome stay. Will be back.
This was one of our most memorable stays in the Maldives after three consecutive years of visiting. The property is in excellent condition, super clean and very comfortable. Hospitality was 10/10. Nadeem is a fantastic host: knowledgeable, responsible, and genuinely kind. We always felt safe, even during a few stormy days. We came for the surfing and scored some amazing sessions, some with absolutely no line-ups. The meals were another highlight. Roman is a truly talented cook, and we’ll genuinely miss his food. Can wholeheartedly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back.
I spent 7 nights surfing on Veyvah in August. Nadeem and Naajih took care of everything and were always available for questions. Even before my arrival, Nadeem arranged the transportation, and he also handled the changes needed for my departure due to a storm. Surfing in this area is an absolute dream. I fell in love with the wave Veyvah (Playground). Out of 7 sessions, I was completely alone for 6 of them, and only during one session were there 6 other surfers from a surf safari present. Throughout the entire time, the boat captain waited and kept an eye on me. The value for money is the best you can get for surfing in the Maldives.
What an incredible experience. An authentic holiday in an earthly paradise. We were on the Veyvah island in May 2024 for a cheap surf trip to the now very expensive Maldives islands. Luckily we found this gem. The property is very pretty, with a small garden in the interior sprinkled with tropical plants. The food was plentiful, with great flexibility in meal times. There is a very efficient boat service to the surf and snorkelling spots in about ten minutes. Captain Sun and guide Saddah were very friendly and always tried to accommodate our needs. Nadim and his family are lovely people and will do everything to make you feel at home. Super recommended
Stayed here with my family in 2022 kids aged 12, 15 & 17. Everyone had a great time, the kids loved the fishing and snorkeling all just a short walk from the accommodation and a short boat ride to the surf. A very peaceful and beautiful island. Nadheem was very accommodating host
