NN Famille Guest House is an independently operated by individual owner. It is a private unit of vacation home and therefore does not need to check in at the counter.

We will arrange session to pass you the access card thus please let us know roughly the timing of your arrival.

In case if I'm not around, you can self check in. I will send you a details PDF document once you have confirmed your reservations.

NOTES* A damage deposit of RM100.00 is required before arrival. This will be collected via bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 3 days of check out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer. *Subject to an inspection of the property
