This is a beautiful premium room with all the Amenities. It has a balcony with a mountain and landside View. It is 1.9 km away from the famous Calangute Beach. The surroundings are very peaceful and full of greenery where you can get lost in its beauty. A prime place for vacation with your family and loved ones.
This is a studio apartment with 1 Queen size Bed. It has an Air condition. A TV with Tata Sky DTH Connection. A divan which can be converted into 2 single floor mattresses, a chair and Table. A cupboard for your clothes.
It has a separate Kitchen with wash basin. The kitchen is provided with an induction cook and induction savvy utensils like pressure cooker, frying pan, cooking vessels, plates, spoons, etc. some spices like salt, Chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder to give an option for the guests to cook their own food. The guests can make tea or coffees as It has a Electric Kettle.
The bathroom is provided with a shower. towels and other toiletries are also provided.
We have an inverter for power backup for 2 hrs. Light, fan and 1 charging point will work on the power back up.
Overview:
This place is very close to the Calangute market and Calangute beach. It is very near to the Arapora Flea Market and all restaurants and other beaches like Baga, Candolim Anjuna, Vagthor. A central place ideal for couples who want privacy as well as who want to be where the fun is happening. This is on the third floor and the guests have access to the lift.

* There is a swimming pool in the resort but it is chargeable Rs 300/- per day per guest.
* Wifi is available at an additional cost of Rs 100 per day. A reliance dongle is provided.
