Spacious 1BHK in Candolim

This Property is in the heart of Candolim on the Ground Floor in a resort. The accommodation consists of a spacious living room, bedroom, separate kitchen and a separate bathroom toilet and a balcony with a garden view. This accommodation is attached to the main Road which has a supermarket and a line of happening restaurants on either side. It is situated on the main Candolim Calangute belt. We would love to have guests from all backgrounds.

The atmosphere is very homely.
LIVING ROOM
In the living room there is a  sofa cum bed where 2 persons can comfortably sleep. There is a LED TV with DTH connection of TataSky network. It also has a Tea Kettle with Tea bags, Coffee, Sugar and Milk Powder. A dressing table is also there with 2 single sofas and a Centre table. All the windows are netted with mosquito nets.

BEDROOM
The bed room is Air Conditioned and has a queen size bed with an extra floor mattress for extra guests. There are 4 blankets and 4 bed sheets and 6 pillows provided. There is a cupboard with hangers.

KITCHEN
The accommodation has a separate kitchen with an induction cook and induction savvy utensils like the pressure cooker, frying pan, vessels, Chapti roller, chopping board, knives spoons, plates etc. It is also furnished with spices like chilly powder, turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, salt to make cooking easier for our guests. There is also a refrigerator in the kitchen.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a water heater with towels and toiletries like soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush.

BALCONY
As this on the ground floor there is a balcony with a garden view where you can sit and enjoy nature.

SWIMMING POOL
There is a swimming pool where you can go for a swim but swimming costume is necessary and they are available in the premises just in case if you would like to purchase one.

Kindly note a couple of things:
1. The free parking available in the premises is based on first come first serve basis and availability.
2. The Wifi is available on chargeable basis i.e. Rs.100/- per day.

The Neighborhood

It is the most happening place in Candolim. This place is on the main road. The famous Candolim beach is just 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. There is a Mall on your left just as you enter to go to the accommodation. There is the famous Newton’s mall nearby. There is a long stretch of restaurants, shops bars on either side of the road that leads to Calangute. The Fort Aguada, Reis Margo’s Fort and Chappora Fort are all nearby. All this makes this place worthwhile , a place that you should visit and which is worth your money.
