The space
This Exclusive Holiday Home has 4 bedrooms with 4 queen size bed and 1 single mattress. Living Room includes a very comfortable sofa, this homestay can easily accommodate up to 9 adults!
** All bedrooms and the Living Room are equipped with powerful air-conditioning.
** Unlimited access to internet and WiFi- Living room.
** 3 bathrooms equipped with water heater
** Kitchen with fridge, microwave, gas stove, and Water dispenser.
** Padlock access, no keys needed.
** Iron, Hair Dryer and Washing machine are available.
** Car parks for at lease 1-2 cars.
Guest access
Pssst… For a small fee of RM150 as cleaning fee and BBQ equipment fee including 3 packets of Charcoal and fire starter, you can throw your very own BBQ party in the yard! We will provide you the BBQ equipment in this instance and clean-up the yard for you afterwards. So you will only have to sit back, relax and have LOTS OF FUN! :)
**Please take note that we do not provide BBQ foods and drinks**
House Rules
- Smoking are allowed but no smoking inside the property house.
- Please note that we do not provide toiletries, please ready by yourself.
- Please switch off the electricity when you are out, especially the hot water and air-conditioning.
- Please take off your shoes before entering the house to ensure the cleanliness.
- Strictly NO PARTY and lower down your volume after 12am as we do not want to disturb our lovely neighbours.
- Illegal activities are prohibited.
- Please refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended.
- Please Do Not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the apartment.
- Guests are liable for any additional damages to the room or furniture.
- Guests are encourage to purchase their own travel insurance, we will not liable for any injuries happen in the house.
- Management will not be responsible for any loss and damage of any personal items or valuables.
- Please respect our rate schedule. Additional guest including children, are required to pay additional RM30.00/night per person anywhere on the property, whether or not that person shares a bed sleeps on top of a bed, on couch or on floor. Minimum booking nights apply.
Other things to note
Kindly inform us your estimated time of arrival 1 day in advance.
Extra bed are available, with charges of RM50 each. If you need any extra bed, please inform us. Payment will be collected upon arrival for the extra bed fees.
Please handle the keys and remote with care. In case of breaking the house rules, losing your keys and remote during the time of your stay we will charge compensation.
