Thank you Chenang Plaza Beach Hotel for the room upgrade. My room has been upgraded to suite room. One of the nicest hotel in Langkawi with reasonable price. The room here is better than some of the 5 star hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Warm welcome. Feel like home. Will come back again.
Spent 6 nights there... I must say that this hotel is really neat and clean.. the location is really good.. close to the beach and cenang mall, where you can find all the fast food and local restaurants.. the front office manager is very helpful.. (budget friendly and value for money)
Location of this hotel is very strategic. It was easy to access both beach and mall. Room was also okay. It was spacious enough and there are chairs at balcony so that I can enjoy the view in the morning. Staffs were very supportive too. If I have another chance to go Langkawi again, I would like to stay here again.
Reasonably-priced option with a very strategic location, smack in the middle of Cenang Beach stretch and very close to the Underwater World, mall and eateries. The beds were big and comfortable, I slept well here. However, the floors were quite sandy and security could be an issue because you don't actually need an access card to go up the lifts. Plus, the lift is accessible by public as its located outdoors. The staff were very friendly and accommodated our requests for late check out and extra towels. Kudos to the team!
The customer service was warmest welcoming us, friendly & ready to serve me & my husband delightfully. The room was very clean & no bed bug. Just the beach view on second floor, we cant see the beach bcs there hv a lot of trees. Should try third floor. And just the park is quite far opposite the hotel. Nothing less, would be delighted to come again ☺️
