Located at the prime location at Bandar Uda Utama in Johor Bahru district, RUMAH JOHO is easily accessible from Lebuhraya Pasir Gudang, from Nusajaya, Iskandar Puteri & Legoland via Second Link Expressway or from Bukit Indah/ Nusa Bestari.

Our place has all the basic necessities, It's the place where you feel home outside of your home!

The space

All 4 bedrooms are well-equipped with air-cond, ceiling fan and wardrobes for you to store your belonging.

Once you enter this house, there is mural that painted at main hall. Well, you are welcome to take photos here.

Check in on Friday is after 3.00pm as me and my team need to go to Friday Prayer. Thank you for your consideration.

Early Check in
============
Please inform us if you are coming early. If the room is ready, then we can allow you to make an early check in for free but subject to availability. If not, maybe you can put your luggage inside our office and grab some lunch first.

Late Check out
============
The sum is equal to half-day accommodation if a guest departs 12.00pm to 6.00pm and full-day accommodation if a guest departs after 6.00pm but subject to availability

Housekeeping
============
Guest who stay more than 6 days entitled for 1 time housekeeping. Just let me know when the best time that my team can come and clean up the unit. We will change everything include towels and bedsheet. But if the guest want to request for housekeeping (less than 6 days or extra service), we will charge for RM70 per cleaning. From 10.00 am until 5.00pm.
