Double storey terrace house with 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms. 10 minute drive from Ayer Keroh Toll and 10 minute drive to Banda Hilir. Just next to Manipal Medical College. Near to Melaka Hospital and International College Yayasan Melaka @ ICYM. Friendly neighbourhood. This guesthouse is available for both short or long term stay. It is a newly renovated and fully furnished guesthouse. This guesthouse is suitable for big family including kids or big groups because my two living hall is spacious.
The space
2 rooms is with air conditioner including the master bedroom. The other two is just with a ceiling fan. 3 rooms is with 3 queen size beds. And the forth room is with a single bed. Two spacious living hall.
Guest access
Grab & Uber taxi is available. It is cheap and fast.
Interaction with guests
Anytime. But I am not staying there but we can always meet up if you need.
Other things to note
Most of the houses in this area is rented by the student from Manipal Medical College @ MMMC and from the International College Yayasan Melaka @ ICYM and even from Kolej Jururawat from the Melaka Hospital.
