House-Rules to take note:

1)Smoking is NOT allowed in the Suite 

2)NO Durian (or any smelly-food)

3)No shoes to be worn inside apartment

4)NO Pets please

5) Turn off the power switches when you are not in 

6) No parties or event

7)Keep noise levels low after 10 pm.

8) Light cooking is allowed in the kitchen. Clean Up and wash dishes after cooking.

9) Do not throw item into toilet bowl

10) drugs, dangerous weapon or illegal activity, are strictly prohibited
