Home stay sofea is a semi-d house located at behind of mata ayer police station.

3rd bedroom: 2 single beds
3 extra mattress with one toto are provided (FOC).
Mata ayer is also located at the center of perlis, so it is not far for any destination in Perlis like Padang Besar, wang kelian/Gua Kelam, Kuala Perlis, Kangar, Tasik Melati, Taman Ular Batu Pahat and so on. Of interest here is the imposing Istana Arau or Royal Palace with its classic architecture and the Royal Mosque.
Also close to UITM arau, UNIMAPs, POLITEKNIK etc.
Its really suitable for those who loves to stay at village area. The sight is wonderful and fantastic for nature lover.
Homestay sofea is surrounded with padi field. You can view magnificient sunrise and sunset. The house is fully furnished and cooking is allowed. Comfortable place to stay for small family up to 10 pax. Car park space available for two vehicles.
