There are several rules must follows by our guests:-
a) STRICTLY do not bring any prohibited items in the house.
b) STRICTLY no smoking in the house.
c) STRICTLY pets are not allowed in the house.
d) Do handle with cares all furnitures & electrical equipments in the house.
e) Lost or damage of the house interior, furnitures & electrical equipments during stay is under tenant's responsibilities.
f) Please SWITCH OFF all lights, fans and air-conditioning when not in use.
g) This is a Malaysian home and as per our culture there is a 'no footwear in the house' policy.
h) Please keep the house clean and tidy like your home.
i) As our house is owned by Muslim, we do not allow any NON-HALAL food and ALCOHOL in the house. Shariah Compliant.
j) No High Volume of noise after 11.30pm and please behave all the times.
k) Cooking are not allowed. We only provide a microwave for heating purpose.
NOTES:-
a) The safety deposit of RM 100 is required upon check in. If everything is good and enough, I will return the safety deposit RM100 upon check out.
