A great place to lay over and rest for the night, the people are extremely friendly, a great place to park your motorcycle. There's security guard who will keep a look out for your Motorcycles. Only thing you might want to take a note is, there's no lift and it will stairs up and down, there's a total of 3 stories, thus far, get the lowest floor you can else it can get tiring over time as you climb up and down. (especially with your luggages) Take note that the rooms are basic with a TV/fridge only, don't expect too much, it's more like a room for you to charge your stuff and sleep. (more like chalet style) Great thing to take note is that, you can cross the road safely with the traffic light to the shopping centre, at the same time, there's also Starbucks next to it.

Great value stay in convenient location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a pleasant stay at Fenix Inn during my visit to Malacca. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite throughout my stay. When I encountered an issue with my initial room, they quickly attended to the problem and provided me with a replacement room without any hassle - excellent customer service! The location is fantastic - surrounded by numerous eateries and massage places, with a cinema within walking distance. Perfect for exploring the local food scene and entertainment options. My room faced the main road with windows, was very clean, and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the WiFi was reliable and fast. While the provided shower amenities weren’t to my personal preference, there’s a local supermarket nearby where I could easily pick up my own shampoo and soap. The hotel is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors (walk-up), so just keep that in mind if you have mobility concerns or heavy luggage. Overall, it’s a solid basic hotel with great service and an unbeatable location. I would definitely consider staying here again on future visits to Malacca. Booked through Agoda and the experience matched expectations perfectly. Highly recommended for travelers looking for good value accommodation in the heart of Malacca!

Clean, comfortable and budget friendly! Really close to mall and restaurant, also to hospital. They have FREE drinking water. 😍
