I stayed twice in DJ Citi Plaza Hotel. Once for vacation with family, once for work. That’s the place to stay when in Kuala Terengganu!! The hotel’s location is perfect, in a centre but less busy street. The staff is very polite and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, not noisy at all. Recommend definitely!! 👍
I recently stayed at DJ Citi Plaza in Kuala Terengganu for 5 nights, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is ideally located in the city center, making it easy to explore local sights and attractions. The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and a special mention goes to the manager, Jaanvi. Her warmth and helpfulness truly enhanced my experience, as she went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. The hotel provides free parking, which is a great convenience for those driving. There are several nice restaurants right across the street, making dining out a breeze. Plus, a supermarket is just behind the hotel, so you can easily pick up any essentials within walking distance. Overall, DJ Citi Plaza offers a wonderful blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Terengganu and would definitely stay here again.
Hotel service was great! Checked in at 3am, receptionist diligently follow up with me for my arrival time since night. Room was comfortable and everything has been provided by the hotel. Great for a stay!
I assumed that this was a new hotel. There's some parking spots for guests, but I think it will be full on peak season & guest have to park their car on the public parking spots. Don't forget to pay for the parking during the day. The room feels new, and the bed & pillows are comfortable for good night sleep. Amenities are basic. Air conditioning will certainly work well because everything is new. If you are lucky, you will get the view of the Draw Bridge. If possible, just request for the room on the 6th or 7th floor for a better view. I will keep it in mind whenever I come to KT after this that this is a good option for a short stay in the middle of the city.
