My family & I stayed at this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. We booked 4 Family Plus rooms. As for the room, it is totally worth with the price you paid. Ample parking for hotel guest (might limited during night time). They do have VIP reserved parking on first come first serve basis. We booked 3 lots on the 2nd day of our stay till checkout day. For me, the rate is very reasonable for VIP reserved parking. Staff is very attentive. In term of cleanliness, satisfied! 👍🏼 In term of location, easy access to main attractions in KT 😊 Overall, worth the stay & recommended if you are looking for reasonable yet comfy hotel for your family! Keep it up ❤️
Good view of the draw bridge esp. if you could get the rooms on 6th. floor. The staff are professionally well trained to communicate with guests; no chit chatting and loud banter amongst themselves in front of guests: something I notice is prevalent with Malaysian counter service everywhere. Park at the hotel space and then take Grab; easier and hassle free. Newly opened 8 months ago so everything is nice and clean. Just need to maintain to keep up the good condition.
Simply amazing in terms of location, service & facilities. I cannot believe that we paid RM260 for two nights. This is one of the most amazing deals that I had compare to other overpriced and overrated 4-5 stars hotel. A must if you would like to stay in Kuala Terengganu. A big thank you to all the staff for such a pleasant stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Exceeded expectations, price is cheap for what's offered, all basic amenities available in room, clean. Welcoming staff. They even have a workspace with free coffee and tea. Highly recommended. Eateries easily available within walking distance.
Very amazing newly built hotel, near to the drawbridge and shopping malls. Comfortable bed, nice receptionist and the plus plus point is the bedding and price. Two queen sized bed for a great deal price. Carpark is always full but we managed to get a place. Recommended! Book direct with them to get a better deal.
