Been staying here for 3-4 times, this has been our choice of hotel when we are in Tganu. The best so far, location wise not so busy but in the middle of city. Staff are good and friendly. But the parking is quite limited to accommodate all the guests, just need to park outside the designated area, a bit far but its okay. Definitely, Will come again.
Me & hubby initially plan to stay here only 3 days 2 nights but ended up extending to 4 days 3 nights. The food, rooms, service, staff was excellent & friendly. My birthday room decorations & private candle light dinner viewing the KT draw bridge was a surprised for me & unexpected. It's been a beautiful, romantic and most memorable stay for both of us. Special thanks to Encik Shahril & Puan Cue for their great hospitality. Will definitely come again soon with our kids.... InsyaAllah. Thank you ♥️♥️♥️🌹🌹🌹
Actually this is my second time staying here. First time with my friends and second time with my family. Basically, it just a perfect. From check-in till check-out. We arrived at 2:00pm and just trying the luck to check in. We are lucky because the room is ready so we can check-in early than the actual check-in time without any extra charges. This is new hotel and you can feel the fresh room n fresh hotel. I hope you guys can keep it up and I shall repeat it again n again for the next time. Unless, you guys are not keep up the momentum 😌 Last but not least, they refunded the room deposit to my account less than hours 👏🏻👏🏻
Worth every penny! The hotel was clean and smelled nice, staff were super friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. They even allowed early check-in, which we really appreciated. Definitely will coming back! 💕
This hotel is good. Value for money. There are also room without window, therefore you have to check carefully before booking. Room is clean and well maintain. Nice. There is a water dispenser machine at the lobby. Also there is a viewing deck at top floor.
