This hotel is good. Value for money. There are also room without window, therefore you have to check carefully before booking. Room is clean and well maintain. Nice. There is a water dispenser machine at the lobby. Also there is a viewing deck at top floor.

Great location, near pasar payang and many other attractions! There are also shops and cafes nearby which is convenient. The hotel looks new and has a clean simple design yet gives a luxurious feel. Although the hotel and the rooms are small, but I personally think it’s much better than other big hotels in the area which are old and not very well maintained. The only downside of this hotel is the limited and small parking space (but everyday somehow you will find a parking, just have to have a good driving skill)

This is my new favorite place to stay in KT! My room was clean and inviting, with warm lighting easily controlled by switches next to the bed. The bed, itself, was quite comfortable and had a nightstand and outlets on either side. The view was amazing; I could see the river, the ocean, and a theme park that glowed in the night. There were plenty of outlets conveniently located in the room, including an international outlet at the desk, and the Wifi signal was generally strong and reliable. The room also included a kettle and instant coffee, two bottles of water, a stand for hanging things, and a mini refrigerator. The bathroom was compact but clean and modern, and it featured a rain-and-handheld showerhead combination. I also really appreciated the location: a short walk to Econsave, the Shahbandar Jetty, the Mayang Mall, and the Friday night market. The staff were helpful and responsive, including the reservations team handling the hotel's WhatsApp account. The room wasn't as soundproof as I would have liked, but that was a minor weakness compared to the many strengths of this hotel. Overall, I honestly look forward to returning!

Recently stayed at this hotel because of the location and good reviews! We book the Plaza Suite room. At first i was worried about parking when reading the reviews but not to worry everyone! They have about 20 lots behind the hotel, and parking around the hotel area is easy to find!! Room was comfortable, clean. Bathroom showers water pressure and heat was great! Smart tv can watch Netflix/ youtube. Got cute room deco for our anniversary 🫶🏼 View of the drawbridge from level 3. Friendly staffs. Alhamdulillah all is great!
