Good hotel with a reasonable price and helpful staff. The room was small, which is expected given the price, and the TV had only three blurry channels. Overall, the experience was positive.
Staying for 2 weeks at GM Hotel Metro was like giving me a new family. This small hotel is strategically located, close to the mall and Sunway University. Here you can also iron your own clothes after finishing your laundry, which really helps me. The staff here are really friendly, especially Ms Safiah 🫰 Every morning I never miss breakfast at the cafe. My favorite is the chocolate muffin, Thank you GM Hotel, hopefully we can meet again.
Very close to Sunway Pyramid Mall, which offers options for shopping and dining. Walk distance to Sunway Medical Center. Room is spacy and comfy enough for rest. Overall great value for its price.
This hotel is in a fantastic location. Just walking distance to a big popular shopping mall - Sunway pyramid. It is sooooooo convenient!!! The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful — very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Their warm and welcoming attitude really made the stay pleasant and comfortable. The hotel room is very clean and simple. Very comfortable to stay overnight. They also have a mini cafe inside the hotel. They serve mostly bread, pastries, and cakes, but very delicious and fresh. Surprisingly it is open 24 hours!!!!!!! Highly recommended for the great location, kind service, and cozy atmosphere!
The workers were really friendly and nice. Though the rooms are small, the vibe is very calming a minimalist style. But the towels are dirty and the tv doesn't work that much so if u want a hotel just for resting and nothing more, this is for you!!
