Pearl Homestay is located along Jalan Pearl, Fair Park in Ipoh. Newly renovated, our homestay is fully furnished for immediate rent out. Located in the heart of
Fair Park, our homestay is within walking distance of the Ipoh Stadium and the Ipoh General Hospital (also known as Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun); maximum ten minutes to both places by foot. A 24-hour Mamak restaurant and
a 24-hour 7-eleven are just around the corner for convenience.
A shopping mall is also at a 10-minute walking distance from our homestay. The location of our homestay offers a very quiet and subtle environment for those who
need some rest from travelling time.
Homestay Provided Facilities/Room Features:
- Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one toilet; one bedroom has an attached bathroom.
- 2 Twin bedrooms and 1 Queen size bed

Lovely little home. Cosy and super clean. Most suitable for old friends get together and chill out. Location is near enough to town and makan places. The host is very prompt in responding from booking to checking in. Will definitely stay here when ever I'm in Seremban. Great job Mdm Au.
