- Tarikh penginapan boleh ditukar kepada tarikh lain yang mempunyai kekosongan dan pertukaran tarikh hanya sah 6 bulan dari tarikh penginapan asal.
- Deposit keselamatan tidak akan dipulangkan jika swimming pool ditinggalkan dalam keadaan kotor
- Deposit keselamatan akan ditolak RM150 jika penginapan ditinggalkan dalam keadaan sangat kotor dan barang-barang dalam penginapan tidak berada pada kedudukan asal.
- Sila maklumkan dan memndapatkan kebenaran daripada owner jika bilangan tetamu melebihi had.
- Peralatan pembesar suara tidak boleh digunakan selepas 10.30PM
- Deposit akan dipulangkan dalam masa 24jam selepas daftar keluar.
- Tetamu harus bertanggungjawab untuk setiap kerosakan yang berlaku ketika menginap. (Bergantung pada nilai kerosakan)
- Minuman beralkohol, makanan tidak halal, berjudi, merokok didalam rumah & perkara yang melanggar undang-undang Malaysia adalah dilarang sama sekali
- Tetamu bertanggungjawab terhadap keselamatan diri sendiri dan keluarga semasa penginapan.
- Hanya 3 parkir bumbung disediakan. Selebihnya boleh parkir disekitar homestay tanpa mengganggu laluan utama dan keselesaan penduduk di sekitar homestay.
- Jika tetamu melanggar syarat-syarat ketika penginapan pihak kami berhak menghalau atau membatalkan tempahan tanpa memulangkan pembayaran yang telah dilakukan dan bergantung pada budi bicara pihak kami.

Booked this house to have my engagement event, and it was perfect. The house is very spacious, with 5 rooms that can accommodate 2 people each, and there are extra bed. The living room is also spacious and was able to set up a pelamin and I also invite around 130 guests. There are 3 bathrooms, and the kitchen is also spacious and well-equipped. Outside, there’s a large swimming pool and area for guests to chill. The main parking area is a bit limited, but the owner was very kind to open additional parking space at the back of the house for our guests. The owner was incredibly helpful throughout the process and even assisted in organizing my engagement event. Highly recommended if you guys want to book this house either for vacation or small event.
Chosen this homestay as our 2D1N university club activity location. First of all, the homestay management was very helpful. They responded to all my messages and questions in the nearest time👌🏻 For the location, it is very peaceful as there were not much housing near the area, so we could handle our activities without fear of bothering neighbours. WiFi was provided so the internet connection was not an issue. The facilities such as the outdoor bbq area and the pool were our favourite. Everything was clean and functioning, making it easy for us to cook our meals while enjoying the pool. Overall experience is a 10/10. Would definitely recommend this place👍🏻
Calm n very relax place.. i really love it n plan to comeback. Location pool very next to pangkin. Easy to keep eye on our kids. Surrounding kampung yeeeyy.. make me feel released from busyness town. Congrat D'lola you manage to serve this lovely place for family reunion n gathering our hajj team. May your homestay will grant barakah from Allah n give peace to everyone.
D’Lola is the best with a peaceful atmosphere. Complete with furniture, electrical appliances, kitchen and bbq appliances. Bbq area beside the swimming pools, make our gathering more happening. It’s easy to park a car if you bring a large family. The price is worth the facilities provided...
