DJ Citi Plaza Hotel & Suites

I stayed for two nights at DJ Citi Plaza Hotel & Suites Kuala Terengganu and had an amazing experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and I truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. All the staff I encountered during my stay were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were polite, attentive, and very helpful—one of the front desk's staff, who kindly assisted me in booking a Maxim car to the airport. Their support made my departure smooth and stress-free. I also had the opportunity to speak with the General Manager, Mr. Parvesh. He is a humble and kind gentleman who took the time to personally introduce the hotel’s amenities and walk me around the premises. That personal touch truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellent service. This may be a 3-star hotel, but it certainly delivers 5-star hospitality. I sincerely hope they continue to maintain this exceptional standard. The location is another plus point—less than a 15-minute walk to Mayang Mall and about 10 minutes to Pasar Payang, which makes it very convenient. I will definitely book this hotel again for my future trips. Highly recommended!

Hotel was super clean and smelled really nice. We even got a FREE upgrade to a bigger room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very spacious and super comfortable. Location very strategic and convenient. Parking also a lot. Will definitely come back again! 💕

We stayed here and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for our small family. My wife, kids, and I felt relaxed throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall environment was calm and family-friendly. Location was also convenient with easy access to nearby shops and facilities. Such as Mayang Mall, KTCC, Pasar Payang and other tourist attractions. Throughout the day, there was plenty of parking, but if you go out and came back late, mostly likely all the parking would be fully occupied. Make sure to return back before night time if you dont want to park far away. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to families looking for a nice place to stay.

A perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made my stay even better with the friendly staffs. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would definitely recommend, especially if you want to enjoy that amazing Drawbridge view. Tq

It was a nice stay for us (2 adults, 1 toddler). Friendly staffs, easy check in. Parking is just beside the hotel. Very convenient. Hotel is in the middle of KT, and near to almost all facilities, restaurant, malls. Room is clean. Good customer service. Definitely will repeat 😊
