DJ Citi Plaza Hotel & Suites

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally very pleasant experience. The location is fantastic — close to major attractions, public transport, and great local dining options. It made getting around the city very easy and convenient. The hotel offers great value for money. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The only downside was the air conditioning system. While it functioned well, I found it frustrating that the temperature couldn't be adjusted above 25°C. This made the room a bit too cold for my preference, especially during the night. It would be great if the hotel allowed guests more flexibility with the temperature settings. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for travelers looking for comfort, value, and a prime location — just be prepared for a cooler room if you're sensitive to lower temperatures.

This hotel is very comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced. Soap and shampoo are provided, along with a hair dryer and a prayer mat for Muslim guests. I requested a connecting room so it’s easier to stay close to my grown-up child. The location is right in the city center, and breakfast spots are within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Truly worth it!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even giving us the opportunity to perform our prayers before checking out—something we truly appreciated. The room was spotless, smelled amazing, and felt very welcoming. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our experience even more pleasant. Got view of Drawbridge from the hotel! Truly excellent service overall. Highly recommended! Will surely come again!

Absolutely exceptional stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. The check-in was smooth and quick, and we were even upgraded to a room with a stunning view. The room itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed — including a super comfortable bed and luxury toiletries. The location was perfect — close to major attractions but tucked away enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant was fantastic for dinner.

We have a very pleasant experience staying here. Services are very good,the hotel are new,pristine clean,aircond in good condition,toilet are very clean. Location are good. Breakfast nearby you can even walk.Everything was good. Definitely will come again
