The room is nice, clean and comfortable, the towels are strong and absorb water. We stayed for 5 days because there was an event near the Kuantan stadium. The hotel is close to the event site. Will definitely come again.
We booked a family room, and it was a family dorm concept with capsule-style bunk beds for each person. It was a very nice and unique experience, especially for the kids eventhough all of us are adults. Lol There are 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets, which made it very convenient for a group stay. Each bathroom provided body soap, which was a good touch. Everything was clean and comfortable overall. The only small issue was that one of the bathroom lights was not working, but it did not affect our overall stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and will definitely repeat again in the future.
