The workers were really friendly and nice. Though the rooms are small, the vibe is very calming a minimalist style. But the towels are dirty and the tv doesn't work that much so if u want a hotel just for resting and nothing more, this is for you!!
The rooms were kinda small and in my room and my friend's room our ac's werent really that cold but the workers helped fix it. After that the ac was really cold but it was really fun and all of the people who were working at the counter were all really nice and really liked to help us. The location is really convinient cause its right beside i GIANT mall, and there was a money changer inside ( really convinient). It was really fun staying at the hotel.
The room is very small,no space to walk, no water in the room except empty bottle which needs to fill from reception,washroom/toilet don't have any bidet spray to use ,only have pipe without head.very less staff at hotel
The convenience of the auto self check-in and check-out machines made my arrival and departure seamless, allowing me to avoid long lines and get settled quickly. Location was excellent, situated near sunway pyramid mall and public transport. The room is well-maintained & comfy.. And what truly stood out, friendliness of the staff. Overall, this hotel offered great value for the price, combining convenience, cleanliness, and excellent service..definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly option.
Very friendly front desk especially Mr. Yuda who helps us a lot with our room arrangement and attentive to our kids. The location is very close to shopping mall and many restaurants nearby
