Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, booked two rooms. We had complimentary airport pick up, service was excellent. Van is clean, driver is very polite and professional. Rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping service is good. We requested for extra shampoos, bottled drinking water, etc, they came less than 10 minutes, very good service. However, the breakfast was very disappointing. They have good variety of food but quality of food was horrible. They should reduce the variety and focus on quality instead. The nasi lemak, noodles, salad etc were not fresh, horrible taste.

Our first time book this hotel for the purpose of bringing the kids to the pool... All went well.. Room was neat and clean, location is strategic, near to bank as well and hotel was clean...
Though i have my doubts about the 4 Star tag that the said hotel proclaims. Good location with professional service. Nice clean room minus the mini fridge bar. The WiFi in the Lobby area was excellent, however in the rooms it was a nightmare to use it. The parking is fine but some of the potted plants in "some" of the parking slots are so placed that whilst reverse parking you end up damaging your bumper. Had a bad experience with our car.
We decided to change hotel due to safety reason from previous hotel. The lady on the phone on that 28th Dec 2024, Saturday morning around 7am, was very helpful to guide me so that i will have adjoining room with my kids. I do believe she is a manager that assisted me during my check in. She even gave me for early check in but due to unseen circumstances, we only managed to reach the hotel past 3 pm.Both rooms spacious. The joining door was stucked & only within 3 minutes a staff came to help. Even the swimming pool also fun. The kids enjoyed themselves but the water was so cold that afternoon. Even parking area also abundant at level 3. All the staff from checked in, to the room, to the SPA, then restaurant are very generous with smile and hospitality. The only my main concern is one of the window in both rooms is the window LATCH..It was very easily to be opened up/unlocked by my kids. Just imagine we were on level 6. If only the can lock them up & unlock if they wish to use it for what ever reason they want to. We were enjoyed and feel satisfy with our stay, if only i know about this hotel..i should checked in earlier (on 26-29th Dec2024) For sure i will come back to this hotel when i go back to Kota Kinabalu.
