The Twelve Cups

This time we managed to hop on "The Twelve Cups", a rather relaxing, chilling and comfortable café in the heart of Pearl of Orient - Penang Island. Unlike other café, they only have simple decoration for the café which makes customers feel comfortable. You will definitely want to drop by here after a long day of sightseeing in Weld Quay, or Pengkalan Weld.

It is located at Pengkalan Weld area, which is a street behind where The Clan Jetty and Made in Penang Interactive Museum are located. Furthermore, it is just opposite the Alliance Investment Bank in Weld Quay. 

The ambience there are quite cozy and casual, with jazzy musics playing along and warm lightnings. They even attached the lyrics of a happy type of song, by Michael Bublé on their walls! The title of the song is "Feeling Good", and it actually makes customer feels good and trigger their happiness to a higher level! 

Not to forget, they serve nice and simple coffee drinks, such as Café Latté, Affogato, Mocha and so on, just like their café's theme, simple yet astonishing. Don't worry if kids are joining along, 'cause they serve non-caffeine drinks like hot chocolate either! Just nice for a family catch-up! 

Here comes the best part - it's definitely a wonderful place to satisfy people with sweet tooth craves - 'cause they make delicious mile crepes that are neither creamy nor sugary as those sold outside. With a perfect texture on each layers and popular flavours like Oreo Cheese, it's sufficient enough to brighten up your day! It's the best selling one in their café and highly recommended by the baristas! 

They have various kind of flavours for mile crepe, from Oreo Cheese to Raspberry to Green Tea and you-name-it.

How can someone resist from such a delicious temptations, taste one and you'll definitely come back for it! 

A little giraffe with a yummy raspberry mile cake, it was not as sugary as one would thought of initially. It tasted just nice instead! They drew cute cartoons on each plate of cake with their signature number - "12".

This mile crepe is in oreo cheese flavour, with a cute little monster! 

Mile crepe is not your thing? Don't worry, they serve brownie either!
