This house is designed to be a guest house after the owners shifted to a nearby apartment. The owners have spent considerable amount of time and effort in maintaining the house and the surrounding plants. There are papaya trees, passion fruits, mangoes, sugar apple (buah ciku) and some spices. Its a good place for family gathering and fellowship. For longer term, rental is negotiable. For one month and above, guest pays utility bills. We do also allow long term rental at negotiable rate.
The beautiful landscaped garden are the Perfect Venue for an alfresco outdoor Garden Weddings. Any birthday's event, special occasion, amidst a picturesque natural kampung/village setting, and quiet neighbourhood would please everyone staying in the house.
