Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment in Candolim-G-5

This is a beautiful studio apartment located on the ground floor, in the heart of Candolim Village. It consists of a living room with an attached kitchen, a bed room and bathroom. It is on the main road Just 500 meters away from the famous Candolim beach. We welcome guests from all backgrounds in our home.

The Space

It is a fabulous  living room with attached Kitchen and wash Basin. The kitchen has an Induction cook, Induction savvy utensils like Pressure Cooker, Frying Pan, cooking vessels, Spoons, Plates etc.  providing the option for our guests to cook their own food. Basic spices like Salt, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder & Coriander Powder are also provided to make cooking easier. Tea kettle to make your own tea or coffee with Tea bags, Coffee Powder, Milk Powder, Sugar is also provided. It has a LED TV with DTH Connection Of Tata sky network. It has a Refrigerator with Packed Mineral Water. There is a sofa and a Centre table and a Divan which can be converted into 2 single floor mattresses. 

The bedroom is Air Conditioned and has 1 Queen size bed, with cupboard with hangers and a dressing table. There are 4 blankets and 4 bed sheets and 4 pillows provided. 

The Bathroom is spacious with water heater, Towels and toiletries like Toothpaste, toothbrushes, Shampoo, Soap.

We like to socialize with our guests and guide them to various destinations and sight seeing places and restaurants where they would enjoy their food and also we make arrangements for our guests for transportation like 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers and also update them with events taking place during their stay to make their trip worth while.

We provide a Wireless Internet (Jio-Dongal) to our guests with an extra charge of Rs. 100/- per day.

Overview of the Locality

This is the most happening place in North Goa. It is always crowded as it is just 500 meters (9 minutes walk) from the famous Candolim beach and has a road parallel to the Candolim beach  which is full of restaurants and food joints. There are famous malls like the Newton’s mall and Delfinos malls.  The Fort Aguada, Reis Margo’s Fort and Chappora Fort are all nearby. The restaurants play live music every night. The beach Shacks at Candolim is a great place to hangout with different water sports activites to indulge in like paragliding Etc.. All this makes this place worthwhile , that you should visit and which is worth your hard earned money.

Transportation

The premises is on the Main Road, where private bus facilities are available to go to Calangute, Mapusa, Panjim. Other means of transport are also available nearby.
