TKL Vacation Home is fully furnished with total of 6 Queen Beds, 3 Single beds, 1 Roller bed (at nominal fee), 3 extra single matress (at nominal fee) is provided.
Allows 15 pax to bed-in comfortably and maximizing up to 20 with extra bedding.
This home is located within 250m from Jonker Walk, 400m from The Stydhus, 750m from Dataran Pahlawan and Mahkota Parade... 2 minutes drive to Melaka town. The food court, many viral outlets like Pak Putra, Asam Pedas Clay pot and Hajah Mona infront and around homestay (200m max) of the homestay.
A fully covered huge balcony (500sqft) for a nice view of sunset and family time. 50" TV full HD with digital TV Box (>3000 channels) and chromecast. High speed wifi for free. Some Ground House Rules.....
- NO COOKING but heating facility along with microwave oven is at your disposal. NO PORK OR BEEF . This is to respect the Muslim and Hindu patrons.
- SMOKING IS TOTTALY PROHIBITED in the Premises.
- Kindly Keep Premises clean for the next patron.
- If Housekeeping is required daily (more than 2 nites stay) - kindly inform in advance (nominal charges) 48 hrs BEFORE CHECK IN.
- Should any require any transportation or local tours, kindly inform the owner (when info is provided by Let's Go Holiday & Softinn) at least 3 days before to allow proper arrangements and negotiation for the charges with local operators etc (all payable inadvance prior to check in).
- TOWELS are NOT provided due to hygiene reasons. Should you want towels pls inform owner after confirmation at least 3 days before check in. Towels will be provided as a purchase and can be taken upon check out.
There are many pamphlets available for your disposal regarding the places of attraction. Grab Service is easily available at all times.
We are very sure you will have the best homestay experience and stay in Melaka at very a very nominal rates.
2 car parking space is provided in porch and 5 outside the property for free.
Refundable safety/CAUTION deposit of RM 200 is required prior to check-in.
(banked in to owner acc) and refunded online if all ok within 24hrs of check out.
