DEXATO vacation home is in the middle of the 3 areas; within 5-20km distant to any of the areas. The vacation home is next to the main road. Staying in our vacation home guarantees easy access to all areas

DEXATO vacation home is in a new housing complex called Taman Paya Rumput Perdana. Stadium Hang Jebat and Tesco Cheng are the landmarks. The vacation home offers guarded and gated community
The vacation home is a single storey bungalow with 4 rooms, 2 toilets, living, kitchen & dining areas. Covered porch can accommodate 2 cars.
Master bedroom & second room are with queen size bed. The 3rd and 4th rooms with 2 single size beds thus can accommodate 8 pax. For your extra comfort aircond is in each room. The 2 bathrooms are with water heater & shower facility
The vacation home comes with a large seating area. Plenty of natural light comes through the door-sized windows & sliding door. Ventilation is good
Provided in the vacation home are LED TV with ASTRO Njoi & free 30mbps wifi powered by Maxishome
