1) 2 hostels (one hostel can fit 10 persons, and the other can fit 6 persons).
2) One 3- bedroom apartment (can fit 9 persons in the room and 3 persons at living room). 
3) 2 private rooms with shared bathrooms (each room can fit 3 persons).
4) 2 private room with attached bathroom (can fit 3 persons).
5) You may rent the whole house.
