- If guest remains in possession of the premises for any period after the agreed booking period without the owner's consent, guest will pay 50% of the daily rental. (Do let us know if you would like to checkout late and if there are no other guests checking in that day, we will gladly extend the checkout time for you).
- If guests are found to have had more than the informed number of people at the apartment there will be a penalty of RM80 per person after the informed number of people.
- No loud music or noise from 10pm - 11am.
- If there are any complaints whatsoever about loud noise or music of any form coming from the apartment, from the neighbours or management, we will have no choice but to be forced to evict you from the premises. We are very serious about this.
