We are the first 3-Star boutique hotel built on the bank of the Malacca River and in the heart of Malacca city, within the sight of the historically significant Straits of Malacca. Designed to capture unforgettable view with 39 spacious and comfortable appointed rooms, 18 of which have a beautiful riverside balcony and 3 family suites of Quayside Hotel are completed with all the modern amenities for our guests’ convenience.
We have blended renovations with the building with our passion for preserving Melaka’s living history. Our interior renovation aims to preserve the buildings industrial past while adding some modern amenities. Positioned to share the heritage, popularity and success of its predecessor. Walking distance to our tourist attractions, eating delicious with our local foods and enjoy the beautiful historical architecture. The hotel's restaurant and coffee bar is adjacent to the main building, and serves international cuisine. Other amenities include a meeting room, an art gallery and a souvenir shop.
We offer 4 types of room
1) Superior (Cityview) - Twin Beds/ Queen Bed
2) Premium (River and Balcony) - Twin Beds/ Queen Bed
3) Suite (Riverview) - Twin Beds/ Queen Bed
4) Family Suite (Riverview) - Twin Beds/ Queen Bed
All rooms with Free Wifi,Astro Channel,Toiletries,Lcd TV and Safety Box
Three types of Function Room available.
1) Meeting Room - smaller groups of between 8-20 person
2) Pakus Gallery - can use as exhibition or conferences. Can accommodate 40-50 person
3) Conference Room - Seating from 50-80 person with writing materials, basic PA System, LCD Projector and whiteboard.
- Maximum capacity is 2 Adult & 2 Children under 12 years old per room.
- Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.
- An extra mattress (provided upon request) is charged at RM 92.80 per night.
- No breakfast provided.
- Half rate of price room will be charge for late check out. Depends on availability of room.

The location is strategic, for those who plan to walk around Malacca City centre. Jonker walk, historical landmark like Al Famosa are within walking few minutes. The river cruise is nearby to this hotel.
Love the view of Malacca river from the room and balcony. Nice comfortable beds (including the extra bed). Room lights are bright, strong shower. Better if there is a separate shower in the bathroom. Very close to the Dutch square, Jonker street, trishaws and entrance to the river cruise. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Recommended for the price..room & toilet was clean.. Receptionists was very friendly and check in was easy...room facing the river with great view.. Hotel location was within walking distance to many point of interest...
Near the red buildings and jonker street. Would visit again and book the river view. Has complementary breakfast.
All in good condition,enjoy and happy but the toilet not too clean..can see at seating bowl area..😅..but overall is magnificent and good spot area to chill out with family
