• 2 queen bed in master bed rooms + 2 super single bed in 2nd rooms
• 2 bathroom with water heater + bathtub 

3) 3 bedrooms apartment come with:

• comfortable place to stay for small family for 12 pax
• 2 queen bed in master rooms + 2 queen bed in 2nd rooms + 2 queen bed in 3rd rooms
• 2 bathroom with water heater + bathtub 

Rates:

• 1 bedroom apartment ; RM 250

• 2 bedroom apartment ; RM 350

• 3 bedroom apartment ; RM 450

Check-in : after 2p.m. 

Check-out: before 12p.m.

Homestay Policy

Our house rules

Operation hour from 9.00am to 5 pm

Check in time (start) 12 noon until 5pm (depend to vacancies of the unit a day before).

Late check in time –after 5pm before 12am (surcharge of rm30 will be charge to the guest). After 12 am automatically booking is cancelled.

Check out time 12 noon – 1pm max. (Surcharge of rm100 will be charge to the guest or refundable safe deposit of rm100 will be deducted).

Extend booking should be confirm before check out time – 12noon.

Please re confirm staying 1 day before and inform 30min before arrival

Advised to print out booking order/unit address / location /payment summary to speed up check in process.

Any cancellation should be done within 7 days prior to arrival date.

Failure to arrive at the booking location will be treated as a No Show and No Refund will be given.

NO Drug or Illegal item is allowed, GUEST will have to bear responsibility for the possessions of forbidden item IF discovered.

Please note property does not have reception centre, guest are kindly requested to contact the operation Manager for check in guiding.

General welcome guiding will be inform to the guest contact number as per stated in the booking form.

All items in the property are under management responsibility in manner of the cleanest and conditions. Any damages of item in the unit during occupancy will bare by the guest.

A short inspection is required during check in and checks out by both parties.
