NOTES**

The existing bedding we provided are for 6 persons, there will be extra charge of RM25/night per person after 6pax 

~A security deposit of MYR RM300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out day before 6pm via bank transfer and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. You will only be charged if make noise after 11pm(neighbors complaint), smoking in the house,  damages, losses or massive hygiene issue which requires extra cleaning effort.

~Check in: 3pm to 10pm, Check out: 12noon. Late check in can be arranged with advanced notice. 

~For late check-in after 10pm, kindly check availability to avoid dissapointment. 

~The property does not accept credit cards. All miscellaneous charges must be settled by cash.

~This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. No noise after 11pm. 

~Strictly no cooking in kitchen, only allow simple/light cooking(example instant noodle, boiling, baby foods etc). 

~Please bring your own towel for hygiene concern. Towel will be provided if needed with advance notice and extra charge apply. 

~Don't move the furniture especially bed, be responsible for any furniture damage.

~No event, party, BBq , night activities and riders group  allowed.
