Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang

Got the best stay! The receptionist is so accommodating in my request and inquiry. Hotel room is okay for the price i slept well. The breakfast buffet has 2 choices the vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Wifi working so well. And the location if i can give more than 5 star i will haha walking distance to malls especially berjaya time square and near to train station very convenient and accessible. Thank you so much i enjoyed my stay!

This hotel is located at the heart of the city with good access to public buses and monorail station, food streets and shopping malls. The room and bathroom is well-maintained and they clean everyday. We had an electric kettle, tea and coffee mix, mini locker and a mini fridge. The drinking water and tea - coffee mix was changed everyday. The breakfast included Indian as well as western foods and everything tasted good. It was indeed a good experience staying here

This hotel is very accessible since it's a few meters away from Imbi-Monorail station. The room looks a little old, but it's clean and they provide slippers, towels, shower kit. Breakfast options are mostly vegetarian and non-vegetarian, there are limited choices daily but there's something you could definitely eat. Apart from that, there's cereals and toast too if you don't feel like eating the local breakfast options. The quality of the breakfast is not so good. We didn't encounter any issues while staying in the hotel because whenever housekeeping cleans the room, they replace any consumed tea/coffee sachets and toiletries. Also two small bottes of drinking water were provided. The air-conditioning works well, there's also a fridge and an electric kettle to use. The twin bed room provided to us did have great views.We checked in on 18.03.24 and checked out on 21.03.24. Booked through MMT at approximately 2500/- per night. 10 MYR per night were charged as tax

Good place to stay! I booked from agoda RM200 for 1 night. The room is very spacious (it said 30m2) and clean. I forgot to take a pic of the bedroom, but there is for the bathroom, very clean. And The floor is covered with carpet, comfortable. I can add 1 extrabed for RM60. The location is very great, u can see Berjaya Time Square, Lalaport, and MRT from the window. 1-2 min away by walk. Alor street food 8 min and lot10 & fahrenheit 10 min by walk. At 5 pm, i walked alone to there, very close and safe because the hotel located on the side of the main road. The staff is very friendly, especially uncle sam!. He is very kind and truthful. He always help me with the luggage and kept the bag that my father left behind (even my father forgot his bag 😅). I don't try the food because i don't booked for breakfast, but easy to find the nearest restaurant from here in the morning.

Highly recommend if you want to go for sightseeing since the hotel is well located. Berjaya Times Square is 1 min walk, Lalaport is across the hotel. At Time Square you have the metro station, if you do not want to walk 5 mins to Pavilion you can always take the metro one line of Laluan Monorail 1 stop Bukit Bintang. Your Grab finds and drop you easily. You can book Tours online and Metro hotel is well located so the extra tours pick you and drop you back which were very convenient. Stayed there for 21 Days , great service the cleaning guy Shayhaan was very professional. They clean everyday. The Staff were kind. Overall it was worth it.
