We are centrally located at about 5mins walk to LRT Station (Ampang Park Station) & Intermark Mall with 1station away from KLCC.

Our 2bedroom apartment come with 2 Queen Size Bed, Full Kitchen Facilities, Wash & Dry Machine, Unlimited fast WIFI & Car Park.
我们的两房服务式公寓备有两张双人床,厨房厨具,洗衣机,无限快速WIFI 和停车位。

The apartment come with swimming pool, gym, squash & kids playground with 24 hours security.
我们的公寓设施包括游泳池,健身室,儿童游乐场所,24小时保安

1) Use access card to access to level 13 by lift 
2) Access to apartment by the key given
3) WIFI username & Password can be found on the modem.
4) Aircond (Living & Bedroom) and Hot shower switch must be switch on before use.
5) Hair Dryer, Iron & Iron board available in Master Bedroom
6) Facilities (Swimming Pool, Wading Pool, Sunbath Deck, Children Playground, Gym & Sauna) located at level 9 (7am - 10pm)
7) Access card must always be bring along when leave the apartment.
8) Convenient Store (24hours) located at ground floor next to main entrance.
9) Car park access card needed and parking located on level 5 Lot 65.
10) If you need cleaning service please contact us in advance and the charges will be at RM60 ( include changing of bedsheet set)
11) For check out, kindly notify us ONE DAY EARLIER your leaving time and our colleague staff will come our to collect key.

6）设施（游泳池，涉水池，日光浴甲板，儿童游乐场，健身房和桑拿）位于9楼（上午7点 - 晚上10点）
7）出入公寓时必须随身携带出入卡。
8）便利店（24小时），位于主入口旁边的一楼。
9）需要停车场通行卡，停车位位于5楼Lot 65。
10）如果您需要清洁服务，请提前与我们联系，费用将为RM60（包括更换床单套装）
11）退房时，请通知我们一天早上您的休息时间和我们的同事工作人员将来我们收集钥匙。
