Other things to note
1) Use access card to access to level 9 by lift
2) Access to apartment by the key given
3) WIFI username & Password can be found on the modem.
4) Aircond (Living & Bedroom) and Hot shower switch must be switch on before use.
5) Hair Dryer, Iron & Iron board are inside the wardrobe
6) Facilities (Swimming Pool, Wading Pool, Sunbathing pool deck & Gym on roof top. (7am - 10pm)
8) Access card must be take out when leave the apartment (Fridge will have electricity connection without interruption)
9) Cafe located at ground floor next to main entrance.
10) Open car park available infront of the building at market rate charge.
11) If you need cleaning service please contact us in advance and the charges will be at RM60 ( include changing of bedsheet set)
12) For check out, kindly notify us ONE DAY EARLIER your leaving time and our colleague staff will come our to collect key.
13) RM1000 refundable cash deposit required upon check-in for monthly stay (30 nights and above)

11）如果您需要清洁服务，请提前与我们联系，费用将为RM60（包括更改床单套）
12）退房时，请通知我们一天的时间，我们的同事的工作人员会来我们收集钥匙。
13）每月入住时需支付RM1000可退还的现金押金（30晚及以上）
