HOTEL POLICY

- Late check-out is allowed depends on rooms availability.
- Breakfast at Restaurant from 07.00am to 10.30am
- Room can accommodate 2 persons only
- Children under 12 years old stays free of charge when using existing beds. Additional children above 12 years old or
adults are charged MYR 58 per night for extra beds for any room type - The maximum number of extra bed in a room is 1 (One).
- All reservations will be held till 6.00pm, after which will be released, unless notification of late check in is received or guaranteed by Credit card for late arrival.
- All amendment and cancelations must be made 2 days prior to expected arrival, beyond which retention charges equivalent to one night’s room charges will be levied.
- The corporate rates quoted are applicable for reservations made directly with the hotel reservations. They are not applicable for reservations through a travel agency or any other similar intermediary.
- Payments pertaining to the stay of the guest must be settled directly before check-in by cash, or approved credit card.
- Reservation under City Ledger should be supported by undertaking letter from respective corporate company.
- RM 50 deposit will be charged upon check in.
