TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
-Bus or lorry or group of bikers are prohibited. Only car/MPV/Van/ small vehicle are allowed with maximum 8 vehicles only for booking to be approved.
RM100 deposit is required during check in.
STRICTLY: NO non-halal food (pork, dog), non-halal/alcohol beverages, pets, karaoke, band, loud music, noisy party or any immoral activity. Inside the house is a barefoot area.
During check out, house condition must be as clean as during check in. Deposit will be forfeited for any loss or damage or if failure to follow terms and conditions. Owner will not responsible for any damage, injury or death to any personel or belongings.
Check in: 3 pm (RM 50/hour will be charged if request to check in earlier between 12.00 pm to 3 pm, and RM 100 between 9.00 am-12.00pm but depend on availability)
Check out: 12 pm ( if late check out between 12-1 pm, the key deposit will not be returned).
If check out after 1 pm, consider full pay for another night
*Bed capacity is for 12 persons, kindly bring your own extra bedding and pullow if more than 12 persons.
