Description :21 Penang Homestay is a fully furnished double storey Terrence House with 4 rooms and 3bathrooms; whole house is equipped with air-conditioned . We are less that 3min drive to 1st Penang Bridge and within 10 minutes drive(8km) to Penang Heritage City~George Town and Penang International Airport.
Ideal place for: Vacation ,Exhibitors & event organizer , business/ leisure travellers, School tour, or those who simply want to experience local culture and meet local people when they travel
~Max Occupancy: 15 pax
Facilities :
~4 bedrooms equipped with 4x queen size beds and 7x single bed (Total 15 bedding). All rooms with air conditioners and fan.
~ We will collect RM20/night extra charge if exceed 15pax.
~3 bathrooms with water heater and hair dryer provided. Living room with air conditioner , fan, sofa, flat panel television, AstroNJOI provided and free WIFI.
~Kitchen utensils, infrared ceramic cooker, water filter, electric thermo pot, dinning table, washing machine and fridge .

~Essentials items provided ( Shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper). Due to hygiene concerns, guests are required to bring their own towel.

NOTES*
* The existing bedding are for 15 pax, there will be extra charge RM20/night per person after 18pax.
*-A security deposit of MYR RM250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out day before 6pm via bank transfer and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
*Non smoking house, but a specific smoking area is provided. No pet allow.
*Kitchen only allow for simple cooking, like instant noodle.
